• It is the clients responsibility to ensure the correct information is entered when booking online. As corrections can not be made after the offer.

• Vouchers can be redeemed to the end of February 2024 but must be booked during the Black Friday Weekend.

• There is no limit to how many offers each individual can purchase as gifts but strictly only one offer, per offer type can be made for any one person. This includes if you book one for yourself then a friend books another for you as a gift - you will only be able to enjoy one of these under the offer, the other will need to be given to another recipient.

• When booking online you will be asked to pay in full . There is no other option but to pay when booking for these deals.

• You can amend a booked appointment by calling the clinic on 01522 394618. You should allow 72 hours' notice prior to the appointment; failure to provide 72hrs may incur a £20 charge.

• Non attendance or same day no shows will be taken as redeemed. 

• Some offers require a patch test or consultation ahead of the treatment booking - please ensure you book this important step as well as the treatment itself. it is recommended to take the consultation 7 days ahead of the treatment date.

• Some consultations are now possible via video call for some treatments - however if you are booking a laser treatment or PMU treatment you need to have a patch test and therefore need to book a face-to-face consultation and patch test with the therapist named on the offer.

• If you are not eligible for the treatment, for health or personal reasons we will credit your deal price, less any possible patch test where applicable (Patch tests are typically £5 or £10) and you can use this credit as you wish against any of our services. We will not be able to offer refunds.

• If you have any queries or are in two minds on an offer, we strongly recommend booking it to secure the offer. You will have time to ask your questions at consultation, without the risk of missing out on the deal.

• All PMU offers are for appointments with Jazz Davies only and are not valid with Jaycee Lennox

• All Radio Frequency and Ultrasonic Offers are valid with Jazz Davies and not valid with Jaycee Lennox

• All Laser Teeth Whitening Offers are valid with Jazz Davies or Sarah Waterman and not valid with Jaycee Lennox

• All Laser Hair and Laser Tattoo Removal offers are valid only with Jazz Davies and not valid with Jaycee Lennox

• All DMD offers are only available with with Jazz Davies or Sarah Waterman and not valid with Jaycee Lennox

• It is the client's responsibility to ensure they make the correct booking with the correct therapist; any booking errors are the responsibility of the client and may result in losing the offer. Why is the therapist so important? Both therapists are highly skilled and more than capable of delivering an excellent service, however due to demand we have selected the better therapist for each offer to complement our diary and to help fit in as many offers as possible for you our wonderful clients. If you do make this booking error you will be charged the standard price for the treatment, however we will allow you to book your deal as a follow up with the correct therapist.
