No problem!

Some clients have reported finding it difficult to book their appointment online, or they have simply preferred to call and speak to one of the team to book. Our policy now is to take deposits for all appointments, even free consultations, which will be refunded on your attendance. This is to improve our wait times, reduce delays and reduce wasted clinic hours. We thank you for your understanding.

Deposits are refundable as long as you provide 48+hours' notice of any changes to your appointment.

Deposits reserve your clinic time and can be deducted from the cost of your first treatment if necessary.

Please note you only need pay a deposit this way if you have booked over the phone. 

Those that book directly online will have the deposit taken as part of the booking.

We have three types, Small (£5), Medium (£10) and Large (£30), related to the length of time the appointment may take.

If in doubt, please select the medium and we can amend or alter at the appointment.

Examples

Small Deposits: For Consultations, Patch Tests, Brow Tints, Small Waxes

Medium Deposits: For Larger Waxes, Facials, Massage, Laser Hair or Tattoo Removal Treatments

Large Deposits: For CO2 Fractional Laser Resurfacing, all PMU and all Aesthetics
